The W. R. Grace Building is a 50-story office tower on Sixth Avenue at 42nd Street in Manhattan. Its address is 1114 Sixth Avenue, but the main entrance is on 42nd Street, and it overlooks Bryant Park and the main branch of the New York Public Library. Gordon Bunshaft of Skidmore, Owings & Merrill designed it, and the W. R. Grace Company commissioned it. Construction ran from 1970 to 1972.

The north and south sides have a concave, curved façade clad in white travertine. The tower stands 630 feet tall and has a garage for 185 vehicles. It was built on the former site of Stern's department store.

Its lobby houses the restaurant Gabriel Kreuther, which has a Michelin star. Brookfield owns the building today.
