Jean Nouvel designed the tower, with Deerns as engineer, for the developers AG Real Estate and Hines. The building permit came in June 2016. Construction began in 2018, with groundbreaking announced for April 30, and the first stone was laid on June 17, 2019. It was inaugurated on December 1, 2022. The article gives the style as contemporary and names no materials.

The roof is 720 feet (220 m) high. The infobox and text count 48 floors above ground, while a citation says 49. The article calls it the second-tallest or third-tallest building in France in different places. It holds about 76,000 square meters of offices, five restaurants and a 250-seat auditorium.

It has six environmental labels, including HQE Exceptional and BREEAM Excellent. Amundi Immobilier and Primonial REIM own it.
