The Théâtre du Capitole is an opera house within the Capitole, the main administration buildings of Toulouse, in south-west France. It houses an opera company, a ballet company and the Orchestre national du Capitole de Toulouse. The first performance space was designed by Guillaume Cammas in 1736. After a period of neglect, the current space was built during a rebuild in 1818.

A fire damaged the theatre in 1917, and it was restored in 1923. Its front-of-house areas were modernized in 1996. It seats 1,156.

Michel Plasson became artistic director in 1973, followed by Jacques Doucet in 1981 and Nicolas Joel in 1991. Frédéric Chambert took over in 2009. The theatre was renovated and reopened for the 2010 and 2011 season.
