The Supraśl Orthodox Monastery stands in Supraśl, in the Podlaskie region of northeastern Poland. It was founded in 1498 by Aleksander Chodkiewicz and Joseph Soltan. The Church of the Annunciation was built between 1503 and 1511 and consecrated in 1516.

Its Baroque buildings date from the seventeenth and eighteenth centuries. They include the Archimandrites' Palace of 1635 to 1655, which now houses an icon museum, and a gate and bell tower of 1752. The monastery's printing house published 350 titles in Ruthenian, Polish and Latin. The Codex of Supraśl, the oldest Slavic literary work in Poland, is named after the monastery.

In 1944 the retreating German army destroyed the Church of the Annunciation and its frescoes. Rebuilding has been in progress since 1985. In 2023 the monastery was designated a Historic Monument of Poland.
