San Gioacchino ai Prati di Castello is a Roman Catholic church at Via Pompeo Magno 25 in Rome. It is dedicated to Saint Joachim, the father of Mary. The architect Raffaele Ingami designed it in an eclectic style. Groundbreaking took place in 1891, and construction was completed in 1898.

Cardinal Pietro Respighi consecrated the church on June 6, 1911. In 1960 Pope John XXIII made it a titular church, one assigned to a cardinal.

The titular cardinals have been Bernard Alfrink from 1960 to 1987, Michele Giordano from 1988 to 2010, and Leopoldo Brenes from 2014 to the present. The church belongs to the Lazio district of the Province of Rome.
