The Gas Company Tower stands at 555 West 5th Street on Bunker Hill in downtown Los Angeles. Richard Keating of Skidmore, Owings and Merrill designed it, and it was built by Turner Construction between 1988 and 1991. The developers were Thomas Properties Group and Maguire Properties.

The tower rises 749 feet (228.3 meters) to the roof and has 52 floors and 28 elevators. It contains about 1.3 million square feet of floor area. Deloitte affixed its logo to the roof peak in 2014, the first tenant to do so. The lobby appears in the opening scene of the film Speed.

The building was the headquarters of the Southern California Gas Company, which left in 1991. Its owner, Brookfield Properties, defaulted in 2023, and Los Angeles County completed the purchase in late 2024. County employees were working in the building by 2025.
