The David H. Koch Theater is a ballet and dance venue at Lincoln Center in Manhattan's Lincoln Square neighborhood. It stands on the south side of the main plaza, across from David Geffen Hall. It was originally called the New York State Theater. The State of New York funded its construction as part of its participation in the 1964 to 1965 World's Fair. Philip Johnson and John Burgee designed it, and it opened on April 23, 1964.

New York City Ballet has been its resident company since the opening, and the New York City Opera performed there from 1964 to 2011. In 2008 David H. Koch pledged $100 million for renovations and an endowment, and the venue was renamed in his honor.

The theater seats 2,586. A large spherical chandelier hangs in the center of the gold latticed ceiling.
