The Church of All Saints stands at Rūdninkų Street 20/1 in the southwestern section of the old city wall of Vilnius, near the former Rūdininkai Gate. The Royal Secretary Wojciech Chludziński started it, and it was built from 1620 to 1631 and consecrated in 1632. It was adapted for the Carmelites, who later joined it to a monastery. It is considered the first Baroque religious building in Lithuania, with late Baroque altars and eighteenth-century sculptures. The bell tower was added in 1743 and has a Rococo dome roof.
A parish school was founded in 1819, and Lithuanian-language services began in 1908.
During World War II a sewer tunnel linked the church to the Jewish ghetto. In the Soviet era it housed a folk art museum, and the architect Aldona Švabauskienė led its reconstruction from 1967 to 1975. It is part of the UNESCO-listed Vilnius Old Town.
