The Basilica of the Visitation stands on a hill in Wambierzyce, Poland, dedicated to the Visitation of Mary. Count Franciszek Antony von Goetzen built the current Baroque church from 1715 to 1723. Several churches preceded it. A wooden church was built on the hill in 1263, and Ludwik von Panwitz raised a brick church in 1512, which was later destroyed during the Thirty Years' War.

It houses a statue of Mary, titled Wambierzyce Queen of Families. The site has held a Marian statue since the twelfth century, and pilgrimage began after a report in 1218 of a blind man regaining his sight there.

Pope Pius XI gave it minor basilica status in 1936. Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński crowned the statue in August 1987.
