The Bank of America Tower, originally the Barnett Center, is a 42-floor postmodern office skyscraper at 50 North Laura Street in downtown Jacksonville, Florida. Murphy/Jahn, Inc. Architects is listed as the architect, and the text credits Helmut Jahn with the design.

It was completed in 1990 as the headquarters of Barnett Bank, on the site of the former Heard National Bank Building. The name changed to NationsBank Tower in 1998 and to Bank of America Tower in 1999, after bank acquisitions.

The structure is reinforced concrete, with 19 elevators and about 698,000 square feet of space. It is the tallest building in Jacksonville. Group RMC bought it from Hertz Investment Group in 2020.
