Americas Tower, also known as 1177 Avenue of the Americas, is an office skyscraper at Sixth Avenue and 45th Street in Midtown Manhattan. It was designed by Swanke Hayden Connell Architects for the developer Americas Tower Partners. Construction began in 1989 and halted in December of that year because of lawsuits. It resumed in February 1991, and the tower opened in 1992.

It rises 692 feet (211 meters) and has 50 stories. Its style mixes Art Deco and postmodern elements, and its facade is polished reddish-pink granite. It has about 934,000 square feet (86,800 square meters) of floor area and 45 elevators.

German-American investors bought the tower in 2002 for $500 million. In 2025 it was resold to Norges Bank Investment Management for $542.6 million. Tenants include The Weather Channel and the law firm Kramer Levin.
