Al-Rahma Mosque stands on Hatherley Street in Toxteth, Liverpool, and is run by the Liverpool Muslim Society. The society was founded in 1953 by Al-Haj Ali Hizzam, who first hosted prayers in a room of his house. Development consent was applied for about ten years before construction, and the mosque was completed in 1974.

It has one dome and two minarets and holds between 2,000 and 2,500 worshippers.

It is Sunni and is the main place of worship for Liverpool's Muslim population, which numbered over 25,000 in the 2021 census. Most of those Muslims are from Yemeni, Syrian and Somali communities, who are the main users of the mosque. The society's office is located at the mosque.
