71 South Wacker, formerly the Hyatt Center, is a 48-story office tower in the Chicago Loop, completed in 2005. It rises 679 feet and has about 1,765,000 square feet of floor space. Pei Cobb Freed & Partners designed it for the developer Higgins Development Partners, with Halvorson and Partners as structural engineer.

The tower has a lozenge-shaped plan, which gives its steel-and-glass north and south facades convex curves. Construction used roughly 65,000 cubic yards of concrete and 12,000 tons of structural steel. Twenty-eight high-speed elevators serve the building.

Hoerr Schaudt Landscape Architects designed the landscaping, including bamboo groves with fountains in the lobby. The lobby atrium is about 50 feet tall. Hyatt headquartered the building until 2017, and The Irvine Company owns it.
